  Just dealt with an AC unit not delivering cool air. Called two large fayette county companies prior to calling ADA looking for diagnoses and fixes. Instead I got salesmen with no technical knowledge pitching $6k replacement units. THANK GOD I CALLED ADA heating in nicholasville. Brent from ADA came out, with actual tools, took readings and found out our fan motor was going on the compressor. He explained everything and was a true HVAC professional that looked to FIX our unit instead of asking our family to shell out big $$$ on a new one. Fortunately, the fan motor was covered under manufacturer warranty and brent took care of getting the replacement part in which only cost us $150 for labor. PEOPLE make all difference, Brent and his team at ADA are top notch. Ive referred him to friends since and they will be our first call for all heating and cooling needs from now on!
